Important of sneezing

Often times when we have a cold or allergy with dust we often experience sneeze. Sneeze is come out autonomous air hardly from nose and  mouth. The air can get speed 70 m/second ( 250 km/hour). When someone sneezing he can speard illness via small objects with diameter 0,5 until 5 m. And around 40.000 object can product at once time.

Observe from sains, sneeze is adaptation  reaction, cause step a side the snot contains with strang particle and clean up nasal cavity. When we are sneeze, the palate be soft and back side of  tongue up to close some rute of air to mouth so that the air  removed from  lungs to the nose. Cause that, closing mouth is the best way when we are sneeze.

Sneeze ussually connected with influenza, cold and cought. It’s not the only indication of influenza, but  it’s indication of illnes respiration too (for example rhinitis and selesma). Sometimes we are sneeze when we have a cold, the snot will impel out from the nose. It can contaminate virus to the other person around us. For  that, close your mouth and your nose with handkerchief to prohibit virus spreading.

Sneeze can export in thousands even tens of thousands virus and bacteria which have a nest at our body and it’s can guard our body from virus and bacteria to not enter to our respiration until cause all the illness which dangerous to our body.

Sneeze at Islam is the good things which Allah SWT loves.in the sme manner as Rasulullah SAW’s hadist:
“actually, Allah loves the sneeze person and  hates the evaporate person, so when you are sneeze make  much of Allah SWT, and every peoply heard that must to answers and   the evaporate is from evil, so prevent that as hard as you can. And when someone evaporate until take out sound aaaa..., so the evil laugh hence.”
